New Pond Environment

Begun in 2017, I completed my plan for the pond environs five years later (not bad, considering the length of time for some other projects). There are two components: 1) pond/boulder stream, and 2) path/retreat.

Most summer days I greet the five resident frogs who found their way to the pond. All the plants are volunteers too, some of which I’m selectively weeding.

Pond Path & Retreat

A grassy path winds through the field to a shaded destination with views of the duckpond and Western Mountain.
